Aish's Bio

Aishwarya is a serial Silicon Valley entrepreneur who is experienced and passionate about building businesses in alignment with personal values and goals. She is the CEO & co-founder of A Fresh Sip, an alcohol-free beverage platform simplifies the discovery and accessibility of non-alcoholic spirits, wines, and functional beverages. She also runs theAish Scale Your Genius, a consultancy for entrepreneurs and content creators looking to pivot and/or scale their business from a place of alignment and personal flow. Aishwarya is also an advisor and mentor for Techstars, Startup India and MIT Launch. 

 

Aishwarya previously ran new product innovation & development for Pavlok, a health-tech wearable company. Prior to that in 2017 she launched and ran Impact Chain Lab (ICL), a blockchain innovation lab focused on global development where she conducted research and development on potential use cases and partnered with organizations globally. Through ICL the team spun off Bystander, a wellness platform that simplified wellness navigation and information discovery.

She has also been an investor for 37 Angels, a women-led angel network and is a venture partner for NexGen Venture Partners. She is passionate about developing systems that challenge the current order, promoting women in tech, entrepreneurship and venture capital, and breaking down cultural barriers.

 

Aishwarya is also a former management consultant for PwC and has worked with fortune 500 clients globally with a focus on technology and security in the consumer products space. Her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen led her to move on and join Build Academy as the first employee. Build Academy is an education technology startup which straddles social impact and the building industry and focuses on crowdsourcing innovative design solutions for building projects. Aishwarya played a key role in shaping the vision, building the business model, fundraising and growing the company.

She is also a well reputed speaker, who has given talks globally including a TEDx and has been featured in a variety of world renown business publications including Entrepreneur Magazine, Forbes, and Business Insider and has been featured on TV several times as well.
